High speed cleaning machine

The equipment adopts a horizontal aluminum profile structure, consisting of a feeding section, a pre washing rolling brush section, a regular tap water rolling brush section, a deionized water rolling brush section, an air knife drying section, a discharge section, a fan box, and an electrical control cabinet.

Main materials:

1) The transmission rubber roller adopts fully vulcanized nitrile rubber roller (gray), and the shaft head is made of stainless steel material.

2) All sheet metal in contact with water is made of SUS201 stainless steel material. The shield type sheet metal is made of SUS201 stainless steel material.

3) All sprinkler pipes are made of SUS201 stainless steel material and use buckle type nozzles.

4) The rack is welded with standard profiles and assembled with aluminum profiles.

Fan drying section

The design of the air drying section A is reasonable, and the fan box is mounted on the air box frame, without occupying the site. Box

The upper and lower parts are equipped with sound-absorbing materials, which reduce noise and improve the working environment; (Within 80 decibels measured at a distance of 1.5 meters)

The upper part of the A rolling brush cleaning section and the air drying section can be electrically lifted as a whole, which is simple to operate and convenient for equipment maintenance, upkeep, and repair. Equipped with high-strength screws, the lifting height can reach 300MM

Design B has a total of 3 pairs of bristles, with a diameter of 0.25mm and a diameter of 160mm, with a stainless steel shaft head. The upper and lower brushes are driven by independent motors and driven by belts.

The third pair of rollers in C is designed with a dry water air knife after brushing. Ensure the effectiveness of cleaning.

The D ▲ roller brush cleaning section is designed with three water tanks that can be independently connected in series.

The return water of the water tank is equipped with a filter screen, and the water pump uses a quick disconnect joint.

Electrical control:

The motor, fan, water pump, transmission, lighting, lifting and other operations in the equipment are all controlled by the control cabinet and controlled by PLC. The main drive adopts a frequency converter for speed regulation, and the cleaning thickness is measured by an encoder.
