Early detection of the presence and length of glass in the front section makes it faster and more convenient to connect to the front-end equipment loading platform. After the edge grinding process is completed, it is transported to the cleaning machine to ensure that it does not collide with the glass. If the glass does not enter for more than 30 seconds, the grinding head motor stops working, leaving the edge grinding machine in a silent start state, reducing motor, grinding wheel shaft, electrical energy, and mechanical losses.
